A Boeing 757 Avionics bay cooling, centrifugal filter is repairable after its 2000 hour maintenance program service limit. These units are available new at approx £5000.00. A B757 flying on average 16hrs a day will need this filter replacing three times a year.

Supposing a B757 fleet size of 10 aircraft the cost of these filters for the fleet would be 3x5000x10 per annum, £150,000.00

We can repair and put one back into for £1000. At approximate savings of £4000 per filter

£120,000.00 can be saved on a fleet of 10 B757 each year by having this one filter cleaned alone.

Saving money by adopting a policy of repair, refurbish and re-use helps the environment AND your bottom line.

For us it's a no brainer; why waste money and natural resources needlesly?
